The 1.7-mile parade will begin at noon Monday on Preston Street and Smith Street, pass through the heart of downtown, passing City Hall, and continue all the way to Twin Street and Smith Street.

Smith, Louisiana and Bagby will all be closed due to the show’s track.

“The fans are supporting us. It was amazing to see this place explode,” Astros owner Jim Crane said, referring to Saturday’s win. Have a safe day and enjoy the tournament.

Expect a Houston police presence along the parade route. Houston fire officials will also be setting up medical staff in the area.

Officials are urging attendees to fill up with plenty of water due to the warm weather forecast on Monday. You can see the full Monday forecast here.
