Corona hammer in the United States!
No longer are masks mandatory on public transport across the country. A federal judge declared the rule invalid. The CDC, the National Health Authority, has violated its powers with a related order, following a ruling by a Florida state judge released Monday.
The procedure for such terms has not been followed. The Tampa court overturned the verdict and sent it back to the health board. Currently, passengers on planes, trains and other modes of transport no longer have to wear a mask.
A government official said Monday evening (local time): “Authorities are reconsidering the decision and are considering possible further action.” Currently, the requirement for a mask imposed by the CDC is no longer in effect. The Traffic Safety Authority (DSA) does not enforce these regulations in the first place. However, the CDC recommends wearing masks on public transportation.
President Joe Biden made masks mandatory on public transport shortly after taking office in January 2021. A few days later, the CDC Health Commission ordered that mouth and nose protection be worn on planes, ships, boats, trains, subways, buses, taxis and similar modes of transport.
This duty also applies to airports, train stations and ports. The restriction was extended several times, most recently until early May. Opposition, including from airlines, has been growing in recent months.
